Grethe Cammermeyer
In 1989, Col. Margarethe Cammermeyer, having served in the US Army for 25 years, challenged the military's anti-gay policy. Her story drew national attention and her autobiography, Serving in Silence, was adapted into a television movie.

Four-States for Democracy is a local affiliate group of Democracy for America, which is centered in the "Four-States" area of south-central Pennsylvania, western Maryland, northeastern West Virginia and northern Virginia.

Edwards & George, LLP is a Texas-based law firm that practices in all areas of civil litigation, including torts, commercial cases and claim investigations. CyberInfinity Design has developed a "family" of websites for the firm highlighting specific issues and cases.

 
Franklin County Democrats
The official website of the Franklin County (Pennsylvania) Democratic Party. This website includes information about the county party committee, candidates and elected officials, events and news. The site website also includes a password-protected volunteer database for the use of the county committee.
 
Pridefest of Central Pennsylvania
The Pride Festival of Central Pennsylvania is affiliated with the Gay and Lesbian Switchboard of Harrisburg, the oldest continuously-run organization in the region serving the LGBT community. This website has information about the upcoming festival for both guests and vendors.
 
Gay & Lesbian Switchboard of Harrisburg
GLSH is a nonprofit information center for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community of central Pennsylvania. This site includes resources, a calendar of area events, and information about the Central PA Pride Festival.
 
Island County Democrats
The Island County (Washington) Democratic Party has a primary responsibility to participate in the democratic process and to inform citizens on political and social issues. This website includes information about the party officials and activities, candidates and elected officials and "action alerts" regarding issues of concern.
 
Alternative Adventures
Alternative Adventures is a camping club for lesbians in Central Pennsylvania. This website includes information about the club, a schedule of upcoming events, photos from previous events, an online trip registration form and online club membership form.
 
Common Roads
Common Roads serves gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered (GLBT) youth in Central Pennsylvania. This website includes a calendar of events, information on volunteer opportunities, and resources for GLBT youth.

The Susquehanna Club
The Susquehanna Club is an outdoors organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered people and their friends. The club mainly serves Pennsylvania, lower New York state, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. This site includes membership information, event schedules and photos of previous events.
 
Lavender Letter
The Lavender Letter is a print newsletter and calendar of events "for and by womyn" in south central Pennsylvania which is available by subscription. This site provides an overview of the newsletter's contents, sells subscriptions and advertising space, and accepts online advertisements.
 
Shawl Canoe School
Shawl Canoe School offers American Red Cross canoeing courses for both youth and adults and leads day and overnight trips on Village Creek in the Big Thicket area of southeast Texas. This site provides an introduction to their services, information about the course locations and a gallery of photos from previous courses and trips.
 
Pennsylvanians Against Handgun Violence
Pennsylvanians Against Handgun Violence is the only grassroots organization in Pennsylvania devoted exclusively to gun control and community education programs. This site includes facts about gun violence and articles and press releases regarding gun safety and gun control.
