Initial Production
As each client and each project is unique, CyberInfinity Design does not have a single set fee for website production.

After discussing your needs, CyberInfinity Design will create a sample design for your approval. Once the basic design is agreed upon, we will estimate the time required to build your site and give you a quote for the initial production cost. Quotes will be based on a rate of $60 per hour. The minimum fee for initial production of a website is $1200 which includes up to 20 hours of work, including the development of the initial design. A static website of 6-8 pages can usually be completed within 20 hours. Larger websites, e-commerce sites and sites requiring extensive programming or database development will take longer than this, and will be priced accordingly.

After the initial production agreement is made, major changes in the design, or major additions to the website which cause the production time to go significantly beyond the original estimate may result in additional charges. You will, of course, be notified beforehand of any possible increases in your initial production fee.

Once a design and an initial production fee are agreed upon, 50% of the fee is due to CyberInfinity Design before production on your website will begin. The remainder of the fee is due before the site is launched. Your site will not be launched until this payment is made and you have given your final approval.

If your site is for a nonprofit organization, please ask about discounted fees.

Site Maintenance
CyberInfinity Design charges $60 per hour for web site maintenance, charged by the half-hour. Therefore, the minimum maintenance charge is $30.00.

Banner Ad Production
 CyberInfinity Design can also create original, eye-catching banner ads to promote your website. The price is $75 for a static banner ad, $100 for an animated ad. A sample will be posted for your approval and the finished ad will be sent to the email address of your choice at no extra charge. If you need to have an ad modified later, the $60/hour site maintenance fee will apply. When requesting a banner ad, please let us know any specifications or requirements provided by the website where the ad will be displayed, such as dimensions or maximum file size. A link to the page where the ad will be displayed will help us to design an ad that will stand out and be noticed but not look "out of place."

Domain Registration and Website Hosting
If you have not yet registered a domain name, we will research available names and register the domain of your choice at no additional cost. We register all domains through Network Solutions and they will bill you directly for all registration and renewal fees. You will be listed as both the administrative and billing contact for the domain and all renewal notices and invoices will be sent directly to you. Network Solution's domain registration prices are:
